Elementary school

Diploma thesis solves the design of the elementary school. The building is situated in Letohrad in region Pardubice. The design of the school building contains small sport hall for pupils and for possible public access. Dinning room and the kitchen are the parts of the building. The object is designed as structural masonry system, ceramic bricks with external thermal insulation composite system. Building does not have a basement. The object is divided to three parts, teaching part, dining room with kitchen and sports hall with facilities. The building has two-storey in the teaching part, the remaining part is a single-storey with vegetation roof. All roofs are designed as a warm flat roof. The building is designed for capacity 150 pupils. Building ventilation is provided by air-conditioning equipment. Entrance to the building is barrier-free, it is installed a building elevator inside.
Mixed-use building in the Slavkov complex

The building in a question is a new build mixed-use building. It is situated in industrial area of Slavkov u Brna and is intended for employees of this area. In the underground floor is situated collective garage for 18 personal automobiles. First floor is designed for retail sale. Specifically general store, boutique and cafe. In the second and third floor are accommodation units for area employees. Specifically 12 accommodation units. Building has a flat roof with asphalt strip coating. The load-bearing system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton, THERM-type bricks are used for the construction while thermal comfort is achieved by a certified external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) featuring façade polystyrene. There is parking space area in front of the building.
Residence Smíchovská, technological stage finishing

Subject of this thesis is the technological stage of completion of work, execution of external thermal insulation composite system and two variants of flat roofs, residential building Smíchovská residence in the district of Prague 13 - Smíchov. Building technology project thesis contains principles of organization of construction site equipment including drawing, technological regulations for insulation system, scaffoldings and two variants of flat roofs, budget and schedule, design mechanical assembly, wider relations routes, quality requirements and ensure and sources of risk. The work includes also comparing the cost of construction of two variants of flat roofs from the financial, time and technological aspects
Family house Bratčice

The aim of the project is a new building of a family house in the cadastral area Bratčice, South Moravian Region. The house is in the row of existing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has no basement and two floors. On the first floor there is an entrance, garage and main day area. On the second floor there is a bedrooms, work room and utility room. The building is designed mainly in wall system of Porotherm. There is a shed roof with a dormer and flat roof. The facade is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.
The Area of the Horseback Riding Club in the Village Tereziny Dary

The aim of the diploma thesis is design an area of a horseback riding club in the village Tereziny Dary in form of project documentation. The area will be used for comfortable housing of small amount of horses and their training for military competition. There are an accommodation for staff, an accommodation for guests, a meeting place for club´s members, a stable for horses, an outdoor riding school and an indoor riding school in the area. For purpose of the thesis the building SO01 – Club Facilities was processed in detailed design documentation. The buildings SO02 – Stable and SO03 – Indoor Riding School were processed in architectural study documentation.

The subject of the final thesis is the elaboration of design documentation for the new construction of an accommodation facility, specifically a boarding house intended for recreation. The new building is located in the cadastral area of ??the village Vernířovice. It is a building with three floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and a foundation slab made of reinforced concrete. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of cley blocks and blocks of permanent formwork. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof structure is saddle with elongated dormers.
Multifunctional house in Strakonice

The subject of this thesis is the design and project documentation of a new multifunctional house in Strakonice. The building has four floors, without basement, and is located on a slightly sloping land in the suburban part of the town of Strakonice. It is based on shallow foundations and covered with a flat roof. It is a transverse wall structural system, build with clay block masonry, with the semi-assembled ceiling structures of ceramic and concrete beams and inserts. It is conceived as a double-aisle layout. The ground floor of each wing consists of the establishment of shops and house facilities. The overground floors are designed as six residential units of varying size category. Both tracts have separate entrances to both the residential portion and to individual businesses. The building is designed from traditional building materials. In addition to the architectural construction and civil-engineering design, a part of this project is also a fire safety design and an assessment from the perspective of building physics.
Preparation of realization apartment building in Dvůr Králové nad Labem

The subject of my diploma thesis is the construction-technological project of apartment house in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Thesis is focused on the most optimal technological procedures of foundation construction on deep foundations and total external insulation by external thermal insulation composite system. Regulations are supplemented by inspectional and trial plans, appropriate machinery and equipment of assembly site. Included is also work safety, time schedule and budget of substruture. The most interesting thing of my thesis will be model of the noise load on the surrounding objects resulting from the construction of apartment house which will the proposed appropriate measures of noise control.
Detached House with Barrier-Free Apartment

Subject of this bachelor thesis is to develop project documents of a new detached house with barrier-free flat in Horní Bludovice. It is designed for a four member family and a mobility impaired person. The building has two floors and no basement. Truss roof is combined with flat roof. Vertical holding structure is made of sand-lime bricks with external thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal holding structure is made of prestressed concrete panels.
Masonry Block of Flats

This Master´s thesis is focused on block of flats project documentation, claims for fire safety and thermal and acoustic properties of structures. The brick building is detached and has three floors without basement. These floors are connected by a lift. The block of flats is based on the footings, external walls are insulated by a contact thermal insulation system. The tent roof is consists of truss in two levels. The building is designed for nine flats and one of these flats is wheelchair accessible. Truss design is also a part of the project.
